Return Policy

At Fitueyes, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide professional buyer guidance and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To make your return process smooth and easy, we’ve outlined our Singapore-specific return and exchange policies below.


30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly. For faster assistance, email us at supportsg@fitueyes.com with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Contact information
  3. Reason for the return
  4. Photos of any damages or flaws (if applicable)

Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your case.


Do I Have to Pay for Shipping?

  • Returns for product quality issues or wrong product received: We offer free shipping. A return label will be provided, and you can return the item(s) to our designated return address.
  • Returns for non-quality issues: A SGD 25 fee will be applied. Once the fee is paid, we will provide a return label for your convenience.

Hassle-Free Exchange

If the item is in stock, we provide a hassle-free exchange.

  1. Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order and before the package is shipped.
  2. If the package has already been shipped, exchanges cannot be made, but you can refuse the package upon delivery. A SGD 25 fee will be charged for the return in such cases.

Order Cancellation

  • For orders not yet processed: Contact us as soon as possible to cancel.
  • For processed or shipped orders: Cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse the package upon delivery, but a SGD 25 fee will apply for the return.

General Guidelines for All Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in their original condition. Returns of items that have been assembled will not be accepted.
  • For quality-related issues or wrong products received, prepaid return labels are provided at no additional cost.
  • For non-quality-related returns, a SGD 25 fee will be applied. Once the fee is paid, we will provide a return label for your convenience.
  • Fitueyes is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
